This project is a concrete road construction application in Indonesia.
The designed pavement width is 8 meters, completed using a two-pass slipform paving method, with 4 meters paved per pass.
The construction site features natural soil subgrade and challenging working conditions, requiring high machine stability, precise concrete forming, and reliable automation.
The project used our Concrete Slipform Paver, which carried out the following operations on site:
Continuous concrete placing
Vibration and leveling
One-pass pavement forming
Surface finishing and smoothing
Automatic dowel bar and side tie bar insertion
As shown in the images, the machine achieved stable 4-meter-wide concrete paving, with clean edges and consistent surface quality.
DBI Dowel Bar Inserter System
Automatically inserts dowel bars before concrete setting, ensuring strong longitudinal joints and long-term pavement durability.
Oscillating Beam System
Provides efficient vibration and leveling, resulting in uniform thickness and dense concrete structure.
Supper Smoother System
Delivers smooth and even concrete surface suitable for road traffic conditions.
Side Tie Bar Inserter
Reinforces pavement edges and improves overall pavement integrity between lanes.
From the completed pavement images, the project achieved:
One-pass concrete pavement forming
High surface flatness and uniform texture
Straight and well-defined pavement edges
Reduced labor requirement and improved site efficiency
This application demonstrates the reliability and adaptability of the slipform paver for Indonesia road construction projects.
This concrete slipform paving solution is ideal for:
Concrete highways in Indonesia
Municipal and rural roads
Industrial park pavements
Port and heavy-duty roads
Medium-width roads with multi-pass paving![]()
