The rear sliding mode paver is usually composed of a main engine, a mold, a vibration system, a leveling system, a control system, and other parts.
Firstly, the mixed cement concrete that meets the requirements is transported to the hopper of the paver through transportation equipment.
The mold is installed at the rear of the paver, and its shape and size are determined according to the construction needs. As the paver moves forward, the concrete gradually forms under the constraints of the mold.
The vibration system uses high-frequency vibration to evenly distribute the aggregates in the concrete, expel bubbles, increase the compactness of the concrete, and ensure that the formed components have sufficient strength and stability.
The leveling system senses changes in elevation and slope of the road or construction surface through sensors and feeds back the information to the control system. The control system adjusts the working parameters of the paver based on preset parameters and feedback information, such as the height and tilt angle of the mold, to ensure that the concrete structure laid meets the design requirements for flatness and slope.
During the continuous progress of the paver, the above steps are repeated continuously to achieve continuous sliding mode paving operation.
