Product Introduction

he SMC - 6800 cement concrete slipform paver is a multifunctional cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is widely used in various construction fields such as highways, high - speed railway subgrades, and agricultural irrigation channels. It replaces traditional processes and greatly improves the construction quality and speed of the above - mentioned cement concrete structures.

 

This machine has a large power reserve, fully electronic control, fully hydraulic power drive, four - track traveling, equipped with automatic steering and automatic leveling control systems, and can complete the processes of material separation, vibration, paving, forming, slurry extraction, and plastering of cement concrete structures in one go.

 

Functional Advantages:
Power System

Tie Bar inserter(Option)

1.Multi-group layout on both sides and the middle, suitable for tie bar insertion requirements of road expansion joints and contraction joints. No need for 2-3 workers to insert bars manually, saving labor costs of 600-800 yuan per work shift;
 

2.Automatic/manual dual-mode switching, allowing manual fine-tuning for special road sections, balancing efficiency and flexibility.

 
Oscillating Beam(Option)
1.Hydraulic stepless frequency modulation. When the paver is temporarily shut down (e.g., for material supply), it can automatically perform secondary vibration and smoothing on the concrete surface, avoiding surface sanding caused by rainwater erosion and improving road impermeability;
 
2.Suitable for different paving widths (3-6m) without the need for additional accessory replacement.

1.Designed for scenarios with high flatness requirements such as expressways and municipal main roads. After final smoothing, the road flatness error is ≤3mm/3m, meeting the national first-class highway standards;

DBl Inserter(Option)
1.Can adapt to various specifications of dowel bars (Φ28-Φ40mm), meeting the needs of heavy-duty scenarios such as airport runways and freight corridors;
 
2.The synchronous insertion system ensures the dowel bar spacing error is ≤50mm, avoiding road cracking caused by "skewing and uneven spacing" in traditional manual insertion.
