Versatile Concrete Slip Form Paver for Different Construction Conditions

The slipform machine is mainly composed of parts such as the traveling mechanism, the feeding system, the vibrating system, the forming mold and the control system.

The traveling mechanism provides the moving power for the entire equipment, ensuring that the slipform machine can move steadily along the predetermined route. Its speed can be adjusted according to actual needs to adapt to different construction conditions.

The feeding system is responsible for uniformly transporting the concrete to the forming mold. It usually adopts spiral conveying or other methods to ensure the continuous supply of concrete and make the construction process uninterrupted.

The vibrating system is one of the key parts of the reverse vibrating and extruding slipform machine. Vibrating rods are set in front of the forming mold. Through the high-frequency vibrating effect, the aggregates in the concrete are distributed more evenly, and the bubbles are discharged to achieve a dense effect.

Application Features

Use the reciprocating push hammer to extrude the mixture, which enhances the applicability of the slipform machine to structures of different sizes
Steering, longitudinal and transverse slopes are automatically controlled by high-performance sensors, and the curb line is smoother and the surface is more flat
The operating platform can be rotated and disassembled, which is easy to operate during construction and easy to remove for protection after construction
Only 7 to 8 people are needed to complete the paving work on site (1 person drives, 1 person controls the feeding, 1 to 2 people scrape the surface, 2 people maintain, and 2 people line the steel wire baseline)
It adopts full hydraulic drive, compact structure and convenient maintenance
