Working Principle
The cement concrete is compacted through high-frequency vibration of a vibrating rod, then discharged into shape through a mold. The machine includes a diesel generator set and walking system, requiring no external force.
During construction, cement concrete is continuously pushed into the forming mold. Spiral blades rotate and compress the concrete into the desired shape within the mold. High-frequency vibration exhausts air from the concrete, improving compactness and strength to ensure quality curbstone production.
