General Description
The SMC-6600 slipform paver is a multifunctional cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is widely used in various fields such as highways, high-speed railways, railway ballasts, and agricultural irrigation channels. This advanced equipment replaces traditional construction processes, significantly improving both the quality and efficiency of concrete structure construction.
Main Performance and Features
  • Vibration Compaction System: Features a high-quality vibrator with square head shell, equipped with 16 standard vibration circuits (6 additional optional circuits). The frequency is steplessly adjustable (0-167Hz) to ensure optimal concrete compactness.
  • Concrete Spreading System: Receives concrete directly from dump trucks and disperses irregular piles through a hopper (compatible with excavators). Includes two hydraulically driven paving augers with adjustable width and infinitely variable speed for uniform material distribution.
  • Electronic Control System: Main console features color graphic/text display with fault diagnosis, status monitoring, and alarm functions. Electronically controlled steering, grade, and slope with CAN-bus communication between sensors and controllers. Includes four longitudinal slope sensors and two cross slope sensors for precise regulation.
  • Hydraulic System: Utilizes a four-pump load-sensing system from premium international brands, with high-quality filters at pump inlet/outlet ports for stable, reliable performance.
  • Traveling Device: Four-track hydraulic drive with strong traction capability. Load-sensing hydraulic design minimizes system heating, making it suitable for complex working conditions.
  • Power System: Water-cooled engine delivers powerful, reliable operation. Features a parallel three-in-one large-size radiator with forced air cooling for exceptional heat dissipation.
  • Optional High-end Configurations: Super smoother (hydraulic drive with stepless frequency regulation for extreme pavement smoothness), multiple Tie Bar inserters (manual/automatic operation on both sides and middle), oscillating beam (hydraulic stepless frequency regulation for automatic concrete surface optimization when stopped), and more to meet advanced construction requirements.
