The SMC‑6800 is a multi‑functional cement concrete slipform paving equipment independently developed by Jiangsu Siming Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. It is applicable to projects such as expressways, airport runways and aprons, high‑speed railway subgrades, and agricultural irrigation channels. Replacing conventional construction processes, it improves the quality and efficiency of concrete construction.

Featuring ample power reserve, the machine adopts full‑electronic control, full‑hydraulic drive and four‑track travel. Equipped with automatic steering and automatic leveling systems, it can complete the full sequence of concrete operations in one pass, including material spreading, vibration, paving, forming, slurry extracting and finishing.

Main Systems & Advantages

• Vibration Compaction System: Standard‑fitted with 16 vibration circuits (additional 6 circuits optional), offering steplessly adjustable frequency from 0 to 167 Hz. High‑quality hydraulic vibrators with square‑head housings are equipped.
• Concrete Spreading System: Two sets of hydraulically‑driven spreading augers with independent speed regulation. Dump trucks discharge concrete directly in front of the paver, and excavators may be used to level irregular concrete piles.
• Water System: Standard 400 L water tank together with high‑pressure water‑gun cleaning unit. Four additional 130 L water tanks are available as an option.
• Tamper Bar Device: Hydraulically driven with stepless frequency adjustment, which pushes down surface coarse aggregates to form a surface mortar layer.
• Power System: Standard water‑cooled engine with selectable alternative models. It is built with an energy‑saving mode and complies with various emission standards.
• Hydraulic System: Four‑pump load‑sensing hydraulic system of internationally renowned brand, fitted with filters and a three‑in‑one forced‑air cooling radiator.
• Electronic Control System: CAN‑bus communication is adopted. A colour display provides fault diagnosis, working‑status monitoring and alarm functions. Four longitudinal‑slope sensors and two steering sensors are installed for automatic control of steering and grade/slope.
• Traveling Device: Four‑track hydraulic drive delivers high traction and low system heat generation.
• Frame Structure: High‑strength rigid frame that can be spliced to suit multiple paving widths. Adjustable column swing arms facilitate transfer and transportation.
• Mould Structure: Compact‑structured mould with openable side formworks for easy cleaning. Quick‑disassembly design for different widths. Cambered double‑slope mould is optional.
• Basic Auxiliary Systems: Plug‑and‑play LED headlights; lift‑able hard canopy is optional.
