The SMC-5000 is a medium-sized three-track concrete slipform paver designed for curbs, drainage ditches, barriers, road shoulders and rural road construction.   1. Multi-Mold Configuration

The SMC-5000 supports side-mold and center-mold configurations. The side mold is suitable for curbs, drainage ditches and roadside structures, while the center mold can be used for selected road and concrete applications.

2. Hydraulic Mold Adjustment

The mold position can be adjusted by hydraulic cylinders, helping reduce positioning time and adapt to different working conditions.

3. Three-Track Traveling System

The full hydraulic drive and three-track traveling system provide stable movement during concrete paving operations.

4. Adjustable Feeding System

The auger feeding system allows adjustment of its tilt angle and front/rear position according to site conditions.

5. Efficient Vibration System

The hydraulic vibration system has 5 standard vibrator circuits, with 6- or 8-circuit options available. The vibration frequency can reach up to 167 Hz.
